Wunan Health and Wellbeing Centre is a rapidly growing primary health care service based in Kununurra, in the East Kimberley region of WA. We deliver comprehensive and holistic care to the whole community including residents, workers and visitors to Kununurra and surrounding areas.
As the largest accredited private GP practice between Katherine (NT) and Broome (WA), we’re a busy and thriving medical centre supporting individuals, families and the whole community with a wide range of health and wellbeing programs and supports. Wunan Health has grown into a multidisciplinary organisation delivering primary healthcare alongside mental health, allied health, disability advocacy and alcohol and other drug services.
Wunan Health is passionate about supporting pathways into rural and remote medicine and is proudly an accredited training and supervision site for GP Registrars with both RACGP – Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and ACRRM – Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine is endorsed by the Remote Vocational Training Scheme (RVTS). Wunan Health is also proud to host the UWA’s Rural Clinical School WA, collocated within our Centre.
